Russian Women in Arbitration (RWA) Inaugural Event

The event will take the form of a panel discussion on gender diversity in international arbitration in Russia and beyond. Leading female practitioners will share their views from the perspectives of an arbitrator, counsel, in-house lawyer and representative of an arbitral institution.

Topics of the discussion will include:

  • current state of gender diversity in international arbitration in Russia and abroad, recent developments;
  • developing a career as an arbitrator/counsel: challenges and tips;
  • the role of arbitral institutions in promoting gender diversity in international arbitration;
  • and more!
